The Process
Each home and it's process is different, yet the basics remain the same. This list will give you an idea of what steps are taken in order to build your Timberpeg® Dream Home.
Prior to Construction
- Discuss your budget and expectations
- Invite you to visit existing Timberpeg® homes
- Review floor plans and photo ideas
- Visit your Custom Home Site and suggest how to best place your new home
- Work with you on preliminary design sketches
- Determine preliminary construction pricing and schedule for the completion of your home
During Construction
- Coordinate and prepare for delivery of Timberpeg® materials
- Be on site when your Timberpeg® package arrives to make sure everything was shipped and delivered as specified.
- Provide complete and experienced construction crews to build your Timberpeg® home and it's amenities.
- Help with product choices and construction decisions as they arise
- Troubleshoot and answer any questions
After you Move-in
- Keep in touch beyond the warranty period to make sure that your home continues to be a source of pride for years to come.
